If you are a participant you have received a link per e-mail which gives access to the on-line registration portal.
After registration you will receive a confirmation (PDF) per e-mail. Please use your confirmation ID-number in any correspondence with the secretariat.
If you cannot pay per credit card or Ideal or the University/Organization is paying for you, an invoice can be sent on your request. Please click on the appropriate radio button at payment methods. The invoice will then be send to you per e-mail. After receipt of payment a confirmation (PDF) will be sent.
The Zwanenhof has 36 single rooms, 16 double rooms and 3 family rooms. The organization will allocate the accommodation and inform you upon registration. It is possible for participants who might arrive earlier of leave later to extend their stay. These requests (for reservation of extra nights and payment) should be sent directly to the Zwanenhof: acco@zwanenhof.nl
All requests for invitational letters should be sent to the secretariat of the 7th Summer school: CongresAssociatie Twente, cat@utwente.nl. In order to provide an invitational letter, please forward the following information per e-mail: full name and address, date of birth, length of visit and passport number.
Certificates of attendance can be obtained on request during and after the Summer School.
Cancellations are accepted by e-mail to the secretariat of the 7th Summer school: CongresAssociatie Twente, cat@utwente.nl. The registration fee will be refunded 30% for cancellations received no later than May 29, 2016. Thereafter no refunds will be made.
