Details:The realization of purely electrical signal transduction mechanism is a key bottleneck in the development of massively parallel biochemical assays based on silicon technology. I will review the main approaches currently being pursued before focusing on electrochemical detection.Our group has recently demonstrated fluidic devices capable of single-molecule detection using this approach. | ||
