CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS

• The exhibition area is open on :
  Tuesday, 6 October, 2015 from 9 a.m.– 6 p.m.
  Wednesday, 7 October, 2015 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m
  Thursday, 8 October, 2015 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m

• Prices

• The exhibition area is open for delivery of goods and setting-up exhibits on Tuesday morning 6 October from 8-9 a.m. All materials should be removed from the booth on Thursday 8 October before 5 p.m.
• One table, 2 chairs and a socket are included in the exhibition fee. Requests for additional services must be arranged through the congress organizer, CongresAssociatie Twente (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

• After receipt of payment a confirmation, including floor plan and route description will be sent.

• Coffee breaks and lunches will be scheduled in the exhibition are.

• The organizing committee and the University of Twente cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind.

• The exhibition area will be locked during non-exhibiting hours. The area will be daily cleaned.
