Registration is possible by clicking on the register button. Online registration and payment can be performed in one step. After you have registered and paid you will receive automatically an e-mail with your account in order to download your confirmation (PDF). Payment can be made per credit card (Mastercard/VISA and American Express). Dutch participants can also pay per bank through Ideal. The secretariat has subcontracted payment by credit card to a secure payment service that guarantees confidentiality and security. If you cannot pay per credit card or Ideal, an invoice can be sent on your request. Please click on the appropriate button at payment methods.
Full conference fee (early fee before March 1st 2018) € 350
Full conference fee (late fee after March 1st 2018) € 400
The registration fee includes:
- Attendance to the scientific program
- Program booklet
- Lunches, coffee and tea breaks including drinks during the poster sessions
- Welcome Reception on Monday May 14th at the conference venue
- Walking dinner on Wednesday May 16th at the Faculty Club on the campus of the University of Twente
During the on-line registration procedure an account will be created. You can download your confirmation PDF after you have completed your registration successfully. (Your confirmation IDnumber is mentioned on this confirmation; you will need this for all correspondence with the secretariat).
If you cannot pay per credit card or Ideal or the University /Organization is paying for you, an invoice can be sent on your request. Please click on the appropriate button at payment methods. Per e-mail an invoice will be sent to you. After receipt of payment a confirmation (PDF)will be sent.

Letter of invitation
A letter of invitation can be obtained after your registration process has been completed. Contact the secretariat email@example.com with your request. The letter will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file.
Certificate of attendance
Certificates of attendance can be obtained on request during and after the Rayleigh Bénard Conference 2018.
Cancellations are accepted by e-mail to the secretariat firstname.lastname@example.org The registration fee will be refunded minus 30% for cancellations received no later than March 25th, 2018. Thereafter no refunds will be made.
